Of the 22,364 citizens living in Overton County in 2021, 78.4% were old enough to vote, equating to 17,530 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Overton County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 77.6%.
