Meet Deputy Steve Hill
Deputy Steve Hill dabbled in other professions before becoming a sheriff’s patrol deputy.
“I always wanted to be a police officer,” Hill said after graduating last Friday from the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy.
Hill served as a detention deputy for two years before his promotion as a patrol deputy where he will continue to help people.
“My approach would be to leave a positive imprint on the people I encounter while keeping our community safe,” Hill said. “This is the best job I’ve ever had. I couldn’t see myself doing anything else now.”
