Warren County Youth Leadership is a leadership development program for high school juniors to broaden their understanding of leadership, meet leaders within our community, and instill a love for and pride in McMinnville and Warren County. WCYL is fun, exciting, and will be an experience the participants never forget! Applications are still open now through July 15th!
