On Wednesday, April 2, former Alvin C. York Institute standout Nic Smith’s current college team, the Missouri Tigers, won 8-7 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Arkansas-Pine Bluff Golden Lions.

The game took place at Taylor Stadium at Simmons Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Lions this season.

The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 4 p.m. at Baum-Walker Stadium against Arkansas Razorbacks.
