Former Cookeville High School standout and current MSOE Raiders player, Morgan Davis will compete in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.
They begin the tournament against Webster Gorloks.
The first game is on Friday, May 16 at 11 a.m.
Tennessee Tech baseball ended its time in the Ohio Valley Conference with a narrow loss to longtime rival Morehead State on May 16. The game featured significant milestones for several seniors as well as program history highlights.
Morehead State narrowly defeated Tennessee Tech in their last Ohio Valley Conference baseball series meeting. The closely contested game featured strong pitching performances and timely hitting from both sides.
Tennessee Tech’s Jorsixt Jimenez has been named one of forty-eight semifinalists for the prestigious Dick Howser Trophy after an impressive season leading his team statistically. The winner will be announced on June 12 ahead of the NCAA College World Series.
